Bought a sofa couple of months ago and have not had a good experience. Very bad communications amongst staff, sales reps not trained and do not have knowledge of products in store. I tried to complain but they are not interested once they have the sale - so much for their motto "we're not happy until your happy" should be we are not happy until you are unhappy!!!!! The sofa I bought is very poor standard not what you would expect from a new company. They should have all stayed at DFS, at least DFS have good quality products and great customer service.

We have since purchased a sofa from here and have been so far, happy with the service we have received. We are yet to take delivery of the sofa (10 weeks till delivery) but so far, so good.

Do not go to FABB Sofas for your new sofa, it's more like fob you off Sofas.

Needing a new sofa we went to Fabb and were pleasantly surprised by the massive range of sofas on offer. We took a walk around and there were a number of sofas we liked.

Waited two full weeks to get a fabric swatch delivered. Waited the six weeks for three items of furniture to be delivered only to discover on delivery day that no one had place the order for one of the three items and no one knew anything about it, despite having made several phone calls to discuss it. And so the whole order and long long wait begins again. Absolutely useless company - don't touch with a bargepole.
